All transactions are closed through licensed title companies. Every deal is vetted and recorded by regulated third parties.

Title & Property Insurance

Title and property insurance is secured and paid in full prior to funding. Insurance protects collateral from day one.

In-House Underwriting Expertise

We validate all After Repair Value (ARV) valuations and renovation budgets in-house to prevent inflated projections and protect the fund.

Escrowed Renovation Funds

Escrowed renovation funds are released only upon verified completion of work, preventing misuse of capital.
